Job Description

You’ll lead inclusion strategies across the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive the support they need to succeed. Working alongside teachers, pastoral teams, and senior leaders, you’ll develop inclusive practice, monitor interventions, and help create a learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead whole-school inclusion strategies and interventions.
Monitor progress of pupils with additional needs.
Support staff in delivering inclusive classroom practice.
Work with families and external agencies to coordinate support.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Strong experience in SEND or inclusion leadership.

  • Excellent knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies.

  • Ability to lead, influence, and support colleagues.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
