Job Description
You'll support pupils throughout the school day, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress in their learning. Working with individuals, small groups, and the class teacher, you'll reinforce classroom routines and help create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
Deliver 1:1 and small-group learning support.
Reinforce positive classroom routines and behaviour expectations.
Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom organisation.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
Positive, patient, and encouraging approach to learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
