Job Description
A primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a reliable Teaching Assistant to continue supporting pupils within the classroom. This renewal role requires someone confident providing 1:1 and small group support while maintaining a positive and structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom support across lessons
Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions
Support behaviour management and pupil engagement
Assist with classroom routines and organisation
Encourage pupil confidence and independence
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working in a primary school setting
Experience delivering 1:1 support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, proactive, and supportive approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
