Job Description
We’re recruiting a dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a supportive school community. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote literacy, numeracy, and emotional development, while supporting children to prepare confidently for Key Stage 2. This is a full-time role, ideal for a passionate educator with strong behaviour management and a pupil-centred approach.
Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
Track and support academic progress
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Liaise with parents and staff to support development
Desired Experience + Qualifications
QTS and experience teaching KS1 (essential)
Strong knowledge of the Year 2 curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
Adaptability, warmth, and creativity
