Job Description

You'll support the SENCo in coordinating SEND provision across the school, helping to monitor interventions, review pupil progress, and ensure statutory responsibilities are met. Working closely with teachers, support staff, families, and external agencies, you'll help create an inclusive environment where every pupil has the opportunity to thrive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the coordination of SEND provision and targeted interventions.
Assist with EHCP reviews, documentation, and annual reviews.
Advise colleagues on inclusive classroom strategies and reasonable adjustments.
Liaise with families and external professionals to support positive pupil outcomes

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND within a school setting.

  • Good understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • Commitment to inclusive education and strong safeguarding awareness.
