Job Description
You'll provide targeted numeracy support through 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping pupils strengthen mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills. Working alongside the class teacher, you'll reinforce key concepts and encourage pupils to develop confidence and resilience in their learning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver targeted numeracy intervention sessions.
Support pupils with mathematical reasoning and problem-solving.
Reinforce classroom learning through structured activities.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting numeracy within a primary school.
Strong mathematical understanding and communication skills.
Patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
