Job Description
We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to play a pivotal role in offering personalized assistance to a specific student.
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our educational community, providing tailored support to a specific student's unique learning needs. Your role involves implementing individualised education plans, collaborating with teachers, and creating a supportive environment where the student can thrive academically and personally.
Embrace a collaborative approach, working closely with teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure a holistic and inclusive learning experience.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, providing consistent and supportive hours.

This school is a two-form entry primary school in the north of Birmingham. It was founded in 1964 as a Catholic school, and it has a proud history and tradition of excellence and achievement.
