Job Description
As a Behaviour and Learning Partner you will support pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who require steady guidance to stay engaged with lessons maintain focus and manage social emotional challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral leads to provide in-class support targeted interventions and relational coaching that helps pupils build confidence and self-management skills.
Your day will involve assisting with lesson routines clarifying expectations supporting emotional regulation and breaking down tasks so pupils can access learning successfully. You may work one to one with pupils who struggle with attention transitions motivation or behaviour linked to underlying needs. Your role is essential in maintaining a calm productive classroom atmosphere where pupils can experience positive learning outcomes even when challenges arise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
