Job Description

As a Behaviour and Wellbeing Partner you will support pupils in Key Stage 2 who need extra help with focus emotional regulation and confidence. You will work closely with the class teacher and pastoral team to offer in class support one to one guidance and targeted wellbeing interventions that help pupils stay calm engaged and ready to learn.

Your role may involve modelling positive behaviour guiding pupils through step by step routines helping them understand expectations and breaking down learning tasks into manageable parts. You may also deliver short sessions on emotional vocabulary problem solving mindfulness or social skills. Pupils who benefit from your support may be experiencing low confidence anxiety difficulties with transitions or emerging SEND needs.

This is a meaningful role for someone who is patient reflective and passionate about helping pupils grow emotionally and academically. You will play a key part in creating a supportive environment where pupils feel safe enough to take risks in their learning.
