Job Description
Are you ready to turn challenges into triumphs and support students on their educational journey? Milestone Education is looking for a Behaviour Buddy to work with children who face challenging behaviours. This role is perfect for someone with patience, understanding, and the skills to guide young learners towards success.
In this role, you’ll:
Support students aged 8–16 in an SEND school setting.
Be a positive role model and mentor, helping students build confidence and develop life skills.
Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment where students feel safe and motivated.
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
A strong understanding of SEND and challenging behaviour
A Level 3 qualification or relevant experience
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
