Job Description
We’re searching for a compassionate and energetic Classroom Connector to support pupils in Key Stage 1 at a well-regarded primary school in Coventry. You’ll assist with classroom learning, nurture confidence, and encourage curiosity through active, hands-on support. Working closely with teachers, you’ll guide individuals and small groups, adapting tasks to suit different learning styles and needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing children flourish through encouragement and engagement, whether that’s through a phonics activity, a creative art project, or a quick pep talk that turns a tricky morning around. The right candidate will bring reliability, warmth, and initiative — becoming a valued part of a collaborative, pupil-first teaching team.

Support KS1 pupils with day-to-day learning and development
Assist in planning and delivering creative and inclusive lessons
Monitor pupil progress and report to the class teacher
Encourage confidence and independence across learning tasks
Desired Experience

A nurturing approach with excellent communication skills
Flexibility and enthusiasm for collaborative classroom work
Level 2 or higher Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
