As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant, you'll help create those moments every day, supporting children as they develop confidence, independence and a love of learning during the most important years of their education.
Milestone Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Southam looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 1, including children with Special Educational Needs.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Has experience working within a primary school, particularly in KS1.
Has experience supporting children with SEND.
Builds positive relationships with children through patience, kindness and encouragement.
Is confident supporting learning across a range of abilities.
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with colleagues and parents.
Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is happy to obtain one through Milestone Education.
