Job Description

Are you a versatile educator ready to take the stage and lead the show in various classrooms? Our partnered school is actively seeking passionate Cover Teachers to be the conductors of knowledge, orchestrating engaging lessons and ensuring a seamless learning experience when regular teachers take a break.

Lesson Conductor: Deliver pre-prepared lessons in a variety of subjects, ensuring a smooth and impactful learning experience for students.

Classroom Composer: Create an inspiring and positive atmosphere, infusing your passion for education into every classroom you step into.

Collaborative Maestro: Work closely with our teaching ensemble to ensure a seamless transition and maintain the rhythm of learning.

Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility of stepping into different classrooms, adapting to various teaching styles, and making a positive impact wherever you go.

Ongoing Support: Receive support and resources to confidently deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a supportive learning environment.

Desired Experience
+ Qualifications

A QTS or any relevant teaching or education qualifications will be essential.

An enhanced DBS check is a non-negotiable.

Experience within a classroom is required, and behaviour management skills would be an advantage.

  • A DBS (and Overseas Police Check if you’ve recently lived outside the UK for more than 6 months).

  • Education-based referee details - we’ll apply for the references!

All roles are paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions, or are matched with each school’s salary guidelines for the role you undertake. We'll always negotiate the best possible pay rates that reflect your hard work, experience and qualifications.
