Job Description

As a Creative Learning Coach you will support pupils across Key Stage 2 helping them stay engaged motivated and confident during lessons. This role blends academic support with light pastoral guidance making it ideal for someone who enjoys encouraging children to take risks in their learning while keeping routines calm and purposeful.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support literacy and numeracy tasks lead small groups and adapt resources so that learning feels accessible and enjoyable. You may help pupils with reading fluency vocabulary building creative writing or practical maths work. A key part of your role is building trust and offering the kind of positive reinforcement that helps pupils stay focused even when work feels challenging.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing creativity into their support style whether through games visual prompts stories or hands on resources that make learning feel exciting. The school values positive energy clarity and thoughtful communication.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support pupils during lessons with structured task breakdown and encouragement
