Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Drama Teacher to join this vibrant performing arts department at one of our many partnered schools. If successful, you will have the opportunity to ignite students' creativity, confidence, and teamwork skills through the exploration of theatrical arts. Your role will involve planning and delivering dynamic drama lessons, directing student performances, and organising extracurricular activities such as school productions and drama clubs. By creating a supportive and inclusive environment, you will empower students to discover their dramatic potential and develop a lifelong appreciation for the performing arts.

We are seeking a Drama Teacher who holds a degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field and possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. The ideal candidate will have proven experience teaching drama, preferably at GCSE level. They will demonstrate a strong knowledge of dramatic techniques, theater history, and production processes. The ability to inspire and engage students through creative and collaborative activities is essential in cultivating their passion for the performing arts. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills are also vital to effectively guide students in their theatrical journey and foster a supportive and enriching learning environment.
