Job Description
As an Early Years Growth Partner you will support pupils in Reception and Nursery who are building their confidence with routines communication and early learning. You will work alongside the class teacher to help children settle into activities develop early literacy skills explore number concepts and learn to navigate the school day with increasing independence.
You will play a key role in supporting language development early phonics exploration imaginative play and social interaction. The pupils you support may need reassurance during transitions clear modelling of behaviour or extra encouragement to participate in group activities. Your presence will help create a warm predictable classroom atmosphere where children feel safe enough to explore learn and express themselves.
This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys the energy and curiosity of early years settings and who understands the importance of nurturing relationships patience and structured play.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support children with early phonics speaking listening and early reading
Assist with structured play activities and outdoor learning
Guide pupils during routines transitions and circle time
Provide one to one encouragement for children needing extra support
Help track early progress alongside the teacher

Experience with Early Years or KS1 pupils
