Job Description

We are seeking a qualified EYFS Teacher with QTS and strong experience in early years to join an inclusive and value‑driven all‑through school. You will deliver the EYFS curriculum, foster a nurturing and engaging environment, and work closely with children, families and staff to build foundations for lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver and assess high‑quality EYFS learning experiences
Create a stimulating, safe and inclusive environment where children feel confident, curious and supported
Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote engagement and progress
Monitor children’s development and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
Contribute to the school’s values, team culture and early years team development

Desired Experience
+ Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching in EYFS settings
Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early years pedagogy
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and commitment to high standards
Collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
