Job Description
We are seeking a qualified EYFS Teacher with QTS and solid EYFS teaching experience to join a welcoming all‑through school in Coventry (CV2). You will plan, deliver and assess engaging early years learning experiences, fostering curiosity, independence and strong foundations in both academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead EYFS curriculum delivery, assessment and development
Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that reflects best‑practice in early years pedagogy
Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues to support each child’s growth
Monitor children’s progress and adapt learning experiences to meet individual needs
Collaborate with the team to refine practice, share insights and uphold high standards

+ Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven EYFS teaching experience in a primary setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework, child development and early years best practice
Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, caring and committed to every child’s success
Able to work in a collaborative team and contribute positively to the school’s ethos
