Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a supportive and well-established primary school in the Rugby area. This role is ideal for a teacher who understands the importance of early childhood education and is passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a well-structured, play-based curriculum in line with EYFS guidelines
Support the development of pupils’ communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Monitor, assess, and document children’s progress and adapt teaching as needed
Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues to maintain an inclusive classroom
Foster a welcoming and creative space that encourages curiosity and confidence

+ Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous teaching experience within an EYFS setting
A good understanding of early childhood development
Strong classroom management and planning skills
Excellent communication with children, staff, and parents
