Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative EYFS teacher to join a primary school in the Rugby area. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early years education and committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where children can develop essential skills for their future learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver EYFS curriculum lessons that encourage exploration, creativity, and independent learning
Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports early development
Use play-based learning techniques to engage young learners and develop their social, emotional, and academic skills
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to provide personalised learning experiences
Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing updates on student progress
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in an EYFS setting
A passion for early years education and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
