Job Description

We’re seeking a driven Finance & Marketing Assistant to join a vibrant school environment. In this role, you will handle key aspects of marketing (including social media), manage financial transactions and support budget monitoring, and contribute to the strategic promotion of the school. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of the school’s operations and enhancing its brand and recruitment outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and execute social media and marketing campaigns to promote school brand and community engagement
Support financial operations, including invoicing, budget reconciliation, purchase orders and expense tracking
Prepare marketing materials, update the website and assist in events and admissions outreach
Maintain accurate financial records and support audits/financial reporting
Collaborate with leadership teams to deliver fulfilment of marketing and accounting goals

Desired Experience
+ Qualifications

Experience or interest in marketing (social media, content creation) and finance/administrative tasks
Excellent organisational, written communication and digital skills
Strong attention to detail, reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced educational environment and handling multiple responsibilities
