Job Description
A high-performing secondary school in the Alcester area is looking for a passionate and organised Head of Food and Nutrition to lead their department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both classroom teaching and curriculum leadership, and who wants to make a lasting impact on students across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons in Food Preparation and Nutrition, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring the continued success of the department through strong planning and collaboration.

Required Qualifications and Experience :
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a good honours degree in a relevant subject
Ability to teach Food across KS3 and KS4, with a willingness to teach at KS5
Experience leading or contributing to a high-performing department is desirable
ECTs with strong subject knowledge and ambition are encouraged to apply
