About the School

This Alternative Provision school, rated “Good” by Ofsted, specialises in supporting pupils who face barriers to learning in mainstream settings. Many learners have experienced trauma, anxiety, or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. The provision offers a calm, structured, and therapeutic environment where individual progress is prioritised.

With small class sizes and a high staff-to-pupil ratio, the school delivers bespoke learning pathways in academic, vocational, and PSHE subjects. Staff are experienced in building trusting relationships and helping pupils develop resilience, independence, and confidence. Ofsted praised the setting for its strong leadership, safeguarding, and the positive relationships that underpin pupil progress.

Parents and carers value the nurturing ethos and the visible impact the provision has on behaviour, self-esteem, and readiness to learn. For staff, this is a rewarding environment where every breakthrough – big or small – is celebrated, and where you truly make a difference.
