Job Description
We’re looking for an inspiring Humanities Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in the Coventry area. This is a chance to make your mark in a subject that helps students understand the world around them – from past civilisations to present-day global issues.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons across a range of humanities subjects, including History and Geography
Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create an inclusive learning environment that supports all students
Track and monitor progress, providing timely feedback
Contribute to wider school life through enrichment and cross-curricular projects
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Humanities subjects at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and passion for historical and cultural education
A collaborative attitude and creative teaching approach
