Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled primary teacher to join a school in the CV11 area. You’ll take the lead in a Year 5 class, bringing energy, patience, and a strong understanding of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to support progress in KS2
Create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported
Use a range of strategies to support learners with SEMH needs
Monitor pupil development and communicate effectively with families and professionals
Contribute to wider school life and the consistent improvement of teaching and learning
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a primary setting (ideally KS2)
Familiarity with SEMH approaches or a willingness to develop in this area
Excellent classroom management and a proactive attitude
