Job Description
We are recruiting a KS1 Teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking Oxfordshire school. You’ll plan and deliver inspiring lessons across phonics, early maths, topic-based learning, and creative expression. The role comes with strong TA support and excellent resources, including outdoor learning areas and digital technology. You will play a key role in helping pupils build the foundations for lifelong confidence — academically, socially, and emotionally. The school promotes individuality, kindness, and curiosity, and welcomes teachers with fresh ideas and reflective practice.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lessons across KS1.
Monitor progress and differentiate support.
Build strong pastoral relationships with pupils.
Contribute to assemblies, clubs, or enrichment.
