Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate KS2 Class Teacher to join a dynamic Oxfordshire primary school that values curiosity, community, and creativity. You’ll lead a class of engaged learners, planning and delivering inspiring lessons that promote achievement and joy in learning. This role offers autonomy and support in equal measure — you’ll have the freedom to innovate within a framework that values collaboration and reflection. Whether it’s building confidence in maths or encouraging expressive writing, your ability to connect and inspire will help pupils build lifelong skills. Job Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across KS2 subjects
Monitor pupil progress and adapt learning plans as needed
Foster a safe, encouraging classroom culture
Contribute to the school’s collaborative and creative ethos

QTS and experience teaching within KS2
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
