Job Description
We’re looking for a Learning Champion to join a vibrant primary school in South Birmingham. This role focuses on supporting Key Stage 2 pupils as they build independence, confidence, and curiosity. You’ll assist with classroom learning, guide small groups, and offer encouragement to pupils who need extra support to stay engaged. Working alongside creative, supportive teachers, you’ll see first-hand how your energy and care help children develop not only their skills but their love for learning. Job Responsibilities:
Provide tailored classroom and small-group support for KS2 pupils
Help pupils with literacy, numeracy, and confidence-building activities
Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver creative learning sessions
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Desired Experience

Experience supporting primary-aged pupils preferred
