We are looking for a positive and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and keen to help young people reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students who need extra help with their learning
Work alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and classroom activities
Support pupils during lessons, helping them stay focused and motivated
Encourage positive behaviour and build strong working relationships with students
Help create an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every student feels valued
Desired Experience

No specific qualifications required, but previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial
A calm and patient approach, with strong communication skills
