A welcoming primary school in Coventry is searching for a Learning Support Guide to work closely with pupils who benefit from additional encouragement in the classroom. This role is ideal for someone who brings warmth, structure and a steady presence to the school day. Staff are encouraged to share ideas, contribute to intervention planning and collaborate with teachers to adapt learning. If you love helping children feel capable, settled and included, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a school that truly invests in its pupils and its people.

Provide structured in-class support tailored to individual learning needs.
Deliver small-group sessions to boost confidence, language, reading and engagement.

Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Experience supporting children in a primary or early years setting.
Confidence in guiding pupils through challenges with patience and clarity.
Understanding of SEND, emotional regulation and adaptive approaches.
Reliable, proactive and able to build positive working relationships with staff and pupils.
