Job Description
A vibrant nursery setting in Oxford (OX1) is seeking a committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with proven experience in a nursery environment and a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework. You will confidently support children’s development, work alongside skilled colleagues, and create a nurturing space where all children can flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high‑quality, age‑appropriate early years provision in line with the EYFS Framework
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that promotes exploration and independence
Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring every child feels known and valued
Observe and monitor children’s progress, adapting activities to meet individual learning needs
Collaborate with the team to plan, review and refine activities and resources
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
Proven experience working in a nursery setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and early years pedagogy
Enthusiastic, caring and proactive with excellent communication skills
Able to thrive in a dynamic setting and contribute positively to team culture
