About the School
This Coventry-based primary school is Ofsted-rated Good and has earned a reputation for valuing support staff as much as teachers. The ethos here is centred on collaboration, creativity, and building resilience in pupils. Staff are encouraged to grow professionally, with structured training and development opportunities readily available. The school has achieved positive outcomes in literacy and numeracy while maintaining a strong focus on pupil wellbeing and community links. Behaviour is managed through consistent, positive systems and restorative practice, which allows staff to focus on teaching and learning rather than discipline. Parents and carers are actively engaged, and there is a strong community feel that supports pupils’ success. This is a welcoming and purposeful environment, making it a great fit for someone who wants a stable TA role with potential for career development.
