Job Description
We’re looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded primary school in Warwickshire. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys supporting learning across all key stages, helping children develop essential literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Working under the guidance of the class teacher, you’ll assist in planning and delivering lessons, support small group work, and nurture each pupil’s progress with patience and care. Job Responsibilities:
Support learning activities and assist with lesson delivery under teacher direction
Work with small groups and individuals to reinforce understanding
Prepare classroom materials and help maintain an engaging learning space
Encourage independence, curiosity, and positive behaviour across the day

+ Qualifications
Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) in supporting teaching and learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
