Job Description
We’re looking for a Primary Learning Partner to join a vibrant school in Solihull, where curiosity and kindness sit at the heart of learning. This role is ideal for someone who loves supporting children day-to-day — helping them master new skills, navigate challenges, and feel proud of their progress. You’ll work across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils in both whole-class and small-group settings, building positive relationships that encourage independence. The school takes a restorative and inclusive approach, ensuring every pupil feels understood and valued. You’ll have access to structured mentoring, in-school training, and the chance to progress into higher-level teaching or pastoral roles. It’s the perfect position for someone who believes that learning happens best when children feel safe, supported, and inspired to try again.
Job Responsibilities:
Support pupils in literacy, numeracy, and topic lessons across the primary curriculum
Foster positive learning behaviours through encouragement and example
Work alongside teachers to adapt learning for pupils with additional needs
Help pupils build resilience, curiosity, and self-belief
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Experience supporting children in a UK primary school (KS1 or KS2)
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils
Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in education
A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
