Job Description
As a Primary Resilience Support Assistant, you will help Key Stage 2 pupils develop coping strategies, learning confidence, and emotional steadiness throughout their school day. You will be a key source of support for children who find certain subjects, social settings, or classroom routines more challenging.
Working closely with the class teacher and the pastoral team, you will provide one-to-one reassurance, small-group learning support, and practical guidance that helps pupils feel secure and capable. Pupils may be experiencing low confidence, mild anxiety, attention difficulties, or emerging SEND needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys celebrating small wins, guiding pupils through tricky moments, and helping them discover that they can handle far more than they realised.
