Job Description
We are seeking a flexible and committed Primary Teacher to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a Worcester-based school. This role involves full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lessons across KS1 and KS2, adapting content to meet varying abilities
Plan and assess learning activities in line with the national curriculum
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
Support pupils’ progress and development through clear feedback and regular monitoring
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and leadership to ensure a high standard of education
Desired Experience
+ Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching both KS1 and KS2 pupils
Confident in planning, delivering and marking lessons
Strong classroom management and communication skills
