Job Description
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a Birmingham South primary school, supporting KS1 pupils in literacy, numeracy, and wider learning. You’ll work with individuals and groups, helping children achieve academically while encouraging resilience and confidence.
Your role will also involve assisting with phonics programmes, supporting creative projects, and contributing to whole-school activities. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a visible difference every day.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support pupils in literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
Provide one-to-one and group interventions.
Encourage positive learning behaviour.
Assist with classroom activities and enrichment.
