Job Description
A welcoming primary setting in Malvern is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience in early years or Key Stage 1/2, who thrives on creating a positive and supportive atmosphere and has experience working with pupils with SEND.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Work alongside class teachers to adapt resources and help pupils access learning
Help create a safe, nurturing learning environment where all learners feel included
Support pupils with SEND and other additional needs as part of the team
Monitor pupil progress and support independence
Desired Experience

Experience working with children in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Experience working with pupils with SEND in education or care
Ability to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Strong communication, reliability and flexibility
