Job Description

We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive Pupil Premium Learning Partner to join a Coventry primary school dedicated to improving outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. You’ll provide tailored support to children identified as needing additional academic or emotional input, helping them bridge learning gaps and develop confidence in their abilities. Working closely with class teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll plan and deliver targeted interventions, monitor progress, and celebrate every milestone — big or small. This role offers variety, purpose, and the opportunity to make an immediate difference to pupils’ engagement and wellbeing. It’s ideal for someone who loves to see the direct impact of their work every single day.

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 and small-group learning interventions for Pupil Premium pupils
Support pupils’ academic and social development through tailored activities
Collaborate with class teachers to track and review pupil progress
Promote inclusion and positive learning behaviours across the school

Desired Experience

Experience supporting pupils in a classroom or intervention setting
Understanding of Pupil Premium or targeted intervention strategies
