Job Description
We are searching for a passionate and knowledgeable RE (Religious Education) Teacher to join our esteemed partnered school in Birmingham.
You will facilitate meaningful discussions and engage students in exploring diverse religious and philosophical perspectives. Your role will involve designing thought-provoking lessons that encourage critical thinking, ethical understanding, and respect for different beliefs.
By nurturing students' spiritual and moral development, you will contribute to their holistic growth and instill values of tolerance, empathy, and open-mindedness.
The ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment is crucial in helping students explore diverse religious perspectives and develop a deep understanding of spirituality and moral values.

For this role, you will need to have a degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or another relevant field. You must also hold a QTS.
The ideal candidate will have experience teaching RE, preferably at GCSE and A level.
They will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of major world religions, ethics, and philosophical principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to facilitate sensitive discussions and foster an inclusive learning environment.
