Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive school administrator to support the day-to-day running of a busy school office. This role is perfect for someone with experience in administration, finance, IT, and social media marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of school processes, supporting staff, and engaging with parents and the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks, including attendance records, student data, and communication with parents
Handle finance duties, including invoicing, budget tracking, and procurement support
Assist with IT-related tasks, troubleshooting basic issues and supporting staff with digital platforms
Oversee social media marketing, ensuring that the school’s online presence is engaging and up to date
Support the school’s recruitment, safeguarding, and HR processes
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Previous school administration experience
