Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised School Business Manager to join a primary school in the Nuneaton area. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the school’s financial processes, HR management, premises maintenance, health and safety compliance, GDPR protocols, and procurement procedures. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient running of the school, supporting its mission to deliver high-quality education.

Key responsibilties :
Manage and oversee financial processes, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are allocated effectively
Lead on HR and personnel management, supporting staff with contracts, policies, and procedures
Oversee premises management, ensuring facilities are safe, well-maintained, and fit for purpose
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and GDPR requirements
Manage purchasing and procurement processes efficiently

A strong knowledge of financial management and HR processes
Experience with health and safety, GDPR, and premises management in a school setting
Excellent organisational and communication skills
