Job Description
We are recruiting a committed Secondary English Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 in a high-performing Warwickshire secondary school. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver literature, language, and creative writing using both traditional texts and modern digital approaches. The school supports staff with shared resources, collaborative planning meetings, and the freedom to adapt lessons to pupils’ needs. You’ll also be able to support GCSE preparation and contribute to clubs, revision workshops, or enrichment opportunities. Strong relationships with pupils and a passion for helping every learner grow will be key to your success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
Teach English across KS3 and KS4.
Plan engaging lessons and assess pupil progress.
Support GCSE preparation and enrichment activities.
Work collaboratively with department colleagues.
