Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Secondary Teacher to join a dynamic Birmingham secondary school. You will teach your specialist subject across KS3 and KS4, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and achievement.

This role is ideal for teachers who are flexible, adaptable, and confident in managing behaviour while creating a positive learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and marking lessons, supporting pupil progress, and contributing to the wider school community through pastoral and enrichment responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Monitor and assess pupil progress.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Support the wider school community through form tutor duties, marking, planning, and extracurricular activities.

+ Qualifications

UK QTS or equivalent qualification in chosen subject.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Understanding of CPD, safeguarding, and SEND/SEMH needs.
Flexible, reflective, and committed to professional growth.
