Job Description
A caring and inclusive primary school in Northfield (B31) is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in both classroom and small-group settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a daily impact in a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN across the school day
Work alongside class teachers to adapt lessons and materials
Support access to the national curriculum through differentiated strategies
Encourage social, emotional, and academic progress through consistent care
Monitor and report on pupil development in collaboration with SENCO and staff
