Job Description

As a SEND Inclusion Coach you will support pupils with autism ADHD communication differences and social emotional needs to access learning and feel secure in the classroom. You will work closely with the SENCo class teachers and therapists to implement structured strategies that help pupils regulate stay focused and build confidence.

This role involves a mix of in class support and targeted interventions. You may deliver short sensory sessions guide pupils through visual schedules help them break down tasks or support communication through AAC or alternative tools. You will become a steady trusted presence for pupils who benefit from gentle coaching and predictable routines.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving on the spot who can think creatively when a pupil needs a new approach and who wants to deepen their SEND knowledge in a school known for its strong specialist practice.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide targeted SEND support using structured routines and visual tools
Support sensory regulation through movement breaks and calming activities
Implement communication strategies including AAC or symbol based tools
Work with teachers to adapt activities and reduce barriers to learning
Offer calm guidance during transitions and emotional challenges
