Job Description
We are looking for a SEND Learning Mentor to work in a Coventry specialist school. You’ll provide support to pupils with complex needs, helping them regulate behaviour, access learning, and develop independence.
You’ll mentor pupils individually and in small groups, adapting strategies to ensure progress both academically and personally. By working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and families, you’ll help create a consistent and supportive environment that empowers learners.
