Job Description
We are looking for a SEND Learning Mentor to join a Coventry school with a specialist focus. You’ll work with pupils who have a range of additional needs, providing guidance and support that helps them achieve academically, socially, and personally.
Your role will involve one-to-one mentoring, small group work, and supporting pupils in developing independence and resilience. You’ll also help them regulate emotions and behaviour, building confidence through encouragement and consistent routines.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a visible impact on young people’s lives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mentor SEND pupils one-to-one and in groups.
Support behaviour regulation and confidence-building.
Assist with academic and life skills development.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs.
