Job Description

We’re searching for a SEND Learning Partner to join a specialist school in Warwickshire where every pupil’s progress is celebrated, no matter how small. You’ll play a vital role in supporting children with a range of additional needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. The school’s leadership team places huge value on wellbeing and training, offering opportunities to develop your skills in therapeutic support and SEND-specific interventions. This role is perfect for someone patient, reflective, and motivated by purpose.

Provide targeted classroom support for pupils with SEND across age groups
Assist teachers in adapting resources and strategies for accessibility
Use positive behaviour approaches to promote emotional regulation
Support EHCP goals and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

What do I need?

That’s it! Our process is simple, and our consultants will advise on how to fast track your checks so you can start working ASAP.

Equal Opportunities Employer

Milestone Education is a committed Equal Opportunities Employer and will not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check via the Disclosure and Barring Service. Our HR and Safeguarding team will be there to support you throughout the process.

But, I don’t want to register with a supply agency, why should I sign up with Milestone?

We get it. Supply agencies can’t always deliver exactly what you’re looking for, but that’s where we’re different…

We’re an education platform service who partner with schools and MATs to support their recruitment, training and wellbeing needs. It’s in our interest to secure you a role you’ll love, in a setting you’ll want to stay in, with a view to progressing your career. If that’s what you want!

Our HR and Safeguarding team consistently go the extra mile to complete your checks as quickly as possible - at no cost to you. To put so much hard work and valuable time into completing these checks and then NOT deliver the opportunities you are looking for…? Well, we’d go out of business pretty quickly!

How much does it cost and how much will I be paid?

Our services to you are completely free.

Costs will only incur if you require a new DBS or OSPC, but don't worry - we can still put you forward for interviews while the applications in process, so you won't miss out on all the exciting opportunities!

All roles are paid in line with Teachers Pay and Conditions, or are matched with each school’s salary guidelines for the role you undertake. We'll always negotiate the best possible pay rates that reflect your hard work, experience and qualifications.
