Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated SEND Progress Partner to join a specialist Warwickshire school committed to personalised learning and holistic development. You’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them build essential life and learning skills. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families, you’ll play an active role in developing and delivering individual support plans, tracking progress, and adapting strategies as pupils grow. This is more than a classroom role — it’s a chance to be part of a community where care, creativity, and collaboration lead to real progress. Job Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with a variety of SEND needs
Assist in the development and implementation of individual learning plans
Support communication and emotional regulation strategies
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to promote progress

Previous experience in SEND or child development preferred
